So, I guess Minnesota and Michigan better give up trying to get some up there? No. Can't do that. The people are just gonna' have to suck it up. I really feel for them. But, please, don't ascribe deep thought to them on this. They aren't being ungrateful. They are just limited in their knowledge about other places and are terrified already.
