Newt says that mardi gras 2006 should be our target to getting new orleans up and running again.

Totally out of touch with reality to try for this.

Check out the shocking post #16 on the thread - an email from a NO police guy to FReeper TennTuxedo. It's horrendous in its description of post-apocalyptic NO and what the NOPD are currently dealing with.
