Newt's talking point is: all three levels of government, both parties, equally at fault.

The LEFT makes the most low-down, outrageous charges, wall-to-wall on every newscast and every news venue. Then WE---Republicans---reply with, "That is wrong---it is EVERYONE's fault. Ours too."
