The majority of people who stayed there did so out of stupidity or because they wanted to loot. If they have left all this tragedy would have be reduced mostly to material losses rather than seeing the human suffering and the shame of committing looting and crimes as many did after the hurricane.

The majority of stupes yelling "where's mah water!" seemed to have forgotten their teef, didn't want to leave the dogs, or were TOO FAT to walk or even be trundled to a shelter. They were even too fat to be brought up in baskets. Where is their pride?
