Did anyone just see that footage on FNC of Geraldo "rescuing" the old lady and her dog live on camera? I think I'm going to be physically ill...
I saw that footage. We mightta known Jerry would get his face in there. Ack.
Well, she did call into Fox news and give them her ADDRESS! Surprised he didn't injure himself racing to the photo-op.
In English, the name "Rivera" roughly translates to "Pulitzer"...

Should have watched it all. The old lady and a security guy walked across the lot. Then Fox cut to the downed helicopter (crew injured but alive) then back to Geraldo.
Now here's the sick part. The old lady's dog was very old and having difficulty walking. The security guy didn't notice that the dog had fallen and continued on with the old lady actually dragging the dog along the ground on it's back. Fox quickly cut the shot.

Yeah . Hardly a rescue. She seemed to the only person in the city that was prepared for the hurricane, had water, canned food candles and was housed high and dry.
Now Geraldo dumped her at the convention center where the night before was a hellhole.
