I seriously doubt that many of the people roaming through New Orleans were looking for a battle-to-the-death gunfight. I really hope this doesn't all come down to the frazzled nerves and dumb actions of the New Orleans PD, by all accounts the worst, most inefficient police force in the country.

you must not have seen the press conf yesterday...the PD and Feds said they would get those people...

they dont have crips and bloods and mexican mafia like most US cities, but drug lords etc.... those are the people stuck in the city

He is driving the bus to make sure his order is carried out.
