Even so, it's going to be hard to find justification for killing SIX people. The city is under a cordon. I hope the victims were criminals, and not good guys just determined to leave via a route other than the approved evacuation means.

I seriously doubt it's good guys with guns..the good guys with guns and sitting in their businesses and homes waiting to protect them against the people out walking around with guns..these HAD to be bad guys..IMHO
