It was a live feed, I remember being so furious I shut off the TV.
Bottom line.....there should have been a fast response group that can respond with spot relief of food and water on a 4 hour max. basis to any gathering of survivors as they are discovered. I saw the sand bags being dropped on thursday on, of course important work. But those crews should have insured people weren't dying of thirst, first.....
I think I heard they recovered 8 bodies from the convention center. At least two died of gunshot wounds (both reportedly shot in the act of performing crimes). There were 10,000 people at the Convention Center. I don't think there were any deaths do to dehydration, and certainly none from starvation.
