Hum. I see Sri Lankra but what about Thailand? This is a county while not extremely wealthy have bunches of money to spend on their military and while supposedly an ally (of sorts), won't be getting any donations from me if they get hit with another tsunami. Afghanistan was more than generous given their situation. I hope they the Thai’s learn to swim next time… yes I’m bitter but probably for other reasons too, not really relevant here.
