Do you think Brown operates within a vacuum? And do you also believe his decisions weren't vetted along the way. I can't honestly tell you what he meant by his wording, but he's at least honest enough to level with us, which is a lot more than can be said for far too many of our hired help. He and his advisors may in fact believe they made no critical mistakes. Wouldn't he/they have try to hide it???
