I cannot see any scenario that doesn't end with Scalia as Chief Justice.

I can, not the least of which is that two confirmation hearings will be bad enough. Why go through three?

1) To bring the fight to the "enemy".

2) To make our own "forces" buck up and do that which they were hired to do.

3) To find out if our "forces" have what it takes, and if not, replace those we can in 2006.


It's first and goal on the nine yard line. We need to score!
