From what I've been reading on FR (my only news source - who needs another?) Louisiana sounds like a veritable snake pit. Not counting the cotton mouths and water moccasins.

I mean the politicians and beaurocracies - and whoever feeds off of them.
Obviously there innocents caught up in the whole cesspool.
