No problem here. Actually, those who pray, should bump up the prayers for President Bush...cause now it's not just two confirmation battles, it's three--the Chief Justice is a separate confirmation.
BTW, I just found a book today on The Federalist Papers (actually it's a book OF The Federalist Papers) for $10 at Barnes & Liberal...one to add to my collection. I'm interested to read what it says about the Judiciary (78-82).
