I'm glad the repeated it. I missed Napalatano's stupid comment about how Bush had a chance to frame the court now in his image in a way his father didn't.
His father got to appoint two justices. He got one right, then gave us Souter.
Clinton was two for two with his picks (for his side).
So far, even if Bush could simple install his two favorite picks, it wouldn't change the court that much. O'Conner was only wrong half the time, and Rehnquist was rarely wrong.
Bush will need a third pick to really shape the court.
