I don't blame Tancredo for not going along with it. As atrocious as Bush's record on illegal immigration and border security has been, it's not impeachable under the Constitution. He'd actually have to violate the law somehow, and he has not done that.

The only possibe exception I can think of would be his diversion of Border Patrol agents to New Orleans. That might have to be investigated.

Only about 100 agents were scheduled to be moved. Not a big deal. If Secretary Chertoff isn't worried about it, neither am I.
