Get real. It is not the President's job to enforce laws which already exist.
Read the Constitution lately? "He shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed". Article II, Section 3. It's kinda the whole point behind calling him the executive branch.
So you think that the President SHOULD stand idly by while we are invaded and in a time when he himself has professed so much concern for possible terrorists attacks.

That would accomplish what is needed. Let the lefties then go to court and challenge his right to issue such an order (if they have the cahones to do so), but in the meantime he's taken a positive step. If he doesn't push for action then his own party in Congress isn't going to do sh_t. They've got their fingers in the wind to see which way he's blowin'.
