Now that Nagin is saying that the CIA will probably try to take him out because he criticized the government, there ought to be no doubt the man is a substance abuser.

There's something definitely wrong with this guy. I don't know if it's substance abuse, a lifetime of conditioning in victimhood mentality, or a combination of factors. There is no way this whack should have ever gotten elected. The only explanation possible is the inner-city voting block, whose sense of integrity and level of knowledge on pertinent issues is on the level of muslims who only listen to al-Jazeera.

All this guy does is gripe that somebody else didn't do this or that. He's forgetting that he's the mayor, not some mid-level government slacker in a do-nothing job.
