He may get indicted, buy there won't be a trial after his remark on TV tonite about the CIA wanting to "wipe him out" -- he's got a perfect insanity defense!

Another poster, however, pointed out that the CIA works overseas.
The FBI would be the ones to rub him out.
As the days go by I can assure you that the threats to hold hearings in Congress to assess blame.....will go silent.
