AMEN! the responsibility for this tragedy lies squarely on the shoulders of that Mayor and that Gov.
I have never witnessed more ineptitude in my life.
Both should be brought up on charges of Criminal Neglect at the very least.
MSM is trying to lay this on Bush and we need to insure that everyone knows the real scoop.
