Cindy was just a tool of the MSM to try to weaken President Bush. They have bigger fish to fry at the moment: trying to convince the public that Bush is to blame for all the suffering in New Orleans since the hurricane hit, and maybe for the hurricane itself.
Your right, they blame Bush...but Rove started the huricane, carefully directed it's movement, aimed it at New Orleans, and when the timing was just right, turned it loose.
