The rat-stream media will try and spin all of NO's problems as due to bush, it's always his fault. But think about it. If the Gov. and mayor of NO did not request federal help in time to do any good, the problems associated are on "their watch" not GW's, that's how it works. No matter what the MSM/rat press spins it, it's a "local" failure either at state of city level.
