The oil company won't get it that price. The Saudi's will get the difference, sell their oil at $28 bbl to strangle the baby in the crib and still net 24 dollars. They did it in 1985. We cannot have free trade and energy independence.

The $4 oil belongs to the Saudi's, et. al. The $35 oil belongs to us.

Hmm, hard question.
