Actually those are school buses with white roofs.
Maybe someone who can google earth could locate the address of the bus barn or corp yard for the Regional Transit Authority and check it out.
I know there is a RTA bus barn and lot with maybe 200+ buses on Magazine street near Audobon park.
According to most pictures of the flooded area and it location near the river levee it should have been High and dry.
