I saw CNN's Anderson Cooper ranting and raving at President Bush and Senator Lott! The Facts are:

President Bush declared the states of emergency before hurricane Katrina even made landfall! Now he is responsible for the disaster because the citizens didn't evacuate as ordered?

I loved that know-it-all morning guy on CNN, who was explaining how and why the levee broke, even though it was completely submerged.
