Before the hurrican even hit, Jack Duggan was already complaining of racism because people were searched before entering the superdome. It was pretty much a sign of the rhetoric to follow.
He writes: "... forced searches that were patently unconstitutional, unjust and unreasonable ..."
"... the government acted with a greater destructive force than a hurricane. "
Now, with all that's happened, Jack's pretty much needs to eat every word he wrote.
BTW: (1)Note that he himself must be racist since he keeps refering to 'them' by the awful word: 'refugees'
