Shep Smith said he has YET to see a Red Cross truck.

Shep said this, and Shep said that....sounds like ole Shep is trying to get ratings up and get an award. O Reilly asked Shep for an update, and Shepherd Smith went into a rambling, incoherent blather about what he had allegedly "seen" two days ago. He was acting goofy!

Excuse me Mr. keyboard warrior, he is on the ground and there. I believe him a lot faster than the mayor or some of the other polidiots as one put it.

Its criminal to force these people to stay and not let them walk the bridge to safety.

And, O'Reilly tried to get him to shut up. Shep got pretty angry. I think he needs a few weeks at a spa when this is over. Personally, while I think things are terrible down there, these so called newsmen need to get a grip, stop trying to whip people up any more than they already are, and report the news. They have become part of the story and I thought that was a huge journalistic no no.

Speaking of Shep. I heard the interview on O Reilly. I believe at the end of the segment O Reilly said something to the effect, Hope you get that journalism award. Odd, but most strange, Shep was on at his 2 pm show, he was talking to some troops who were downtown. Some were guarding the MREs other's walking about. A soldier, who was referred to as sir came up and Shep said, "Hey nice to see you again." He was very friendly, but what he received was a very cool, "Good to see you" and no eye contact, I mean if the reply could have been any cooler we would have been in Alaska. I am guessing Shep pissed off a few folks.

His coverage at times, well, lets just say I turned the channel or muted the TV.
