I'm really upset about the group Shep has been talking about for days. Why those people are being ignored is beyond me.
However .. WHY DOESN'T SHEP GET SOME WATER AND FOOD FOR THEM INSTEAD OF STANDING THERE BAD-MOUTHING THE PRESIDENT.

I never get the impression that Shep is going without food or water, but he sure is watching the people on the bridge go without.
I guess it just seems that if it were me, I would have left that bridge immediately when I saw there was no help. Walking down the road would have been much better than just sitting there. According to Shep that is no longer possible for these people, because authorities are preventing them from going to the next town. But Shep must be able to get out of there. He also screams that he doesn't know where the authorities are right after telling us that they are preventing people from going to the town. Something just isn't making sense to me about the whole scene.
