Apples and apples? BS. Add in all of the bennies and see how the poor are relative to those who are working for a living. Really working.
You have a mental block, pal. The percentages are being compared to the same classification to the national average. Did you flunk math? Did you flunk common sense? If the NO people get "bennies" in a particular class, so do the other people in the USA in that same class get "bennies".
