Fact: Food and Water should have been Airlifted into NO within hours of the Levees breaking and it becoming obvious how difficult it would be for help to arrive via ground.

Right.....whatever, like there was food, water and airplanes standing by already loaded for a disaster that wasn't supposed to be happining because New Orleans "dodged a bullet". Try a real FACT, the number of people who remained in New Orleans would be overwhelming for relief even IF the levees didn't break. One more FACT, citizens who remained in New Orleans VOLUNTARILY should have ensured they had food and water for at least 3 days. But since the government didn't supply it, they must not have needed it.
