New from BRLA:

amom has arrived. She says to take heart, all of you. The American people everywhere, (36 hours of driving) are caring, concerned, and donating to all the states involved.

The news media has lost as most know what is really going on.

amom will call again tomorrow morning with more info and your questions.

Thanks for the update.

I just turned over WWL and TXCN to see the Saints football news conference.

Looks like they will be playing in the Alamo dome.

I bet that will really hack off Jessie Jackson.

Well half of New Orleans is in Texas so should make it easier for them to draw fans.

I still wonder why San Antonio doesn't have an NFL team of it's own.

Be nice to see how pro football will do in SA.

The saints playing will give the people a good lift up.

Went to the Superbowl down there back in the 80's with a good friend who lives outside the city.

We absolutely had a great time and the people were really friendly.

I have been to the Sugar bowl over in the old Tulane stadium and froze my bu-tocks off.

OU beat Penn State.

Made a mistake and went in on the wrong side so had to sit with fans in blue.
