Rubber bladders, each holding 500 gallons of fresh drinking water, are seen before they are transported on the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) in the Gulf Coast September 3, 2005. Bataan has been off the Gulf Coast providing relief efforts since Hurricane Katrina hit the coast.
