Well that depends if you are carrying one TV or two and if the Poolice are chasing you or not...
It is a long distance, too far to walk on a good day and with flooding and hoodlums between the two places ... impossible.
I don't know. I have to admit, I don't understand this convention center scenario at all. how did Geraldo get there? why is there no ability to get people to the superdome (now empty) from the convention center?
