and all the NOLA police who fled their posts - are probably african americans.
There is a thread on FR....about a Deputy Police Chief of NO complaining that the National Guard just came to NO and instead of helping...parked and played cards...
I believe he then went on to say that his men couldn't do it all...had to quit....hehe
