Gen. McInerny was just on Fox for a few minutes...I missed some of it..but Bridgett asked him a question that I missed,
but his answer was, "that is a city's job, and you need a strong city government to do that...like Rudy Guiliani did during 9/11".
Don't know exactly what they were discussing..but I am sure it was one of the dozens of things that President Bush is being blamed for...that he shouldn't.
He said it is the Mayor and Governors responsibility and he basically said they dropped the ball.
