The only port that remains 100% closed is the port at Gulf Port MS.
All other gulf ports are now functioning with some restrictions.
approx 70% of bouys-markers-etc have sunk or they are missing or have been knocked off location. They are actively getting these replaced and or back into position.

Lines going East will take some time, extensive track and bridge damage.
Earlier I read that Amtrak was running North so can assume that the IC/CN lines are passable.
Now that lines West are open is very very encouraging.
Re the replacement and return to position of hazard and navigation bouys -- Thank Heavens for satellite GPS! At least I would think that GPS makes the job easy.
