Exactly, and most Hurricane hit states do not have looting,Murders,rapes,etc. The local and state Governments in the entire Southeastern US deal with this asap, Louisiana is the exception. It has to do with leadership and planning and this will all come out very soon.
To be fair, Mississippi reported systematic looting in Biloxi DURING the hurricane. That had to be planned. The reason stated for no looting after the fact was that nothing was left to be looted.
