Is this official martial law or is this what President Bush meant by not getting bogged down in bureaucracy? I've been wondering about this since I heard his weekly address earlier. (In any case, it's the right thing to do, IMO.)
Are we still going with the reports that 80% of NOLA was evac'd before the hurricane? Does this make sense with the numbers doming out now? Trying to do the math..
