that kind of stuff is a legitimate criticism of FEMA. its the nature of any beauracracy, they are all control freaks.
What would have happened if the mayor started selling the fuel to his buddies? What would have happened if the hurricane had damaged the tanks and they were filled with water?
What would have happened if the generators got damaged because they were not hooked up properly?
As mush as I do not like regulations, they often have some reason behind them.
The reporters are too lazy to ask for reasons and some freepers are too quick to get caught by the media.
