Can you tell me if the I 10 overpass Shep reported from so much, going WEST, connects to 90 WEST & then on to Houma ??

you can, sorta via backroads and hwys. the 10 doesnt go directly to Houma no The preferd route is via the 310 which runs from the 10 back towards metairie and back towards laPlace and then south and west to Houma.
