Civilian on the ground contradicted that story - perhaps the Chief meant that they don't have any more water or food and is worried about the morning?
I just don't know. I just know AP and CNN were reporting, and have photos, that food and water arrived. I also heard that CNN talked to someone waiting at the convention center who said they finally had food and water. Maybe it wasn't enough, and ran out? That would have been reported though. I guess the situation will become clearer tomorrow morning because it sure is confused tonight.
