I just saw Shep Smith SCREAMING at hannity and colmes that the police wouldn't let people walk out of the city, they were turning them back...

I just don't understand what's going on.

I saw a convoy 9 miles long drive right by that bridge around NOON today!

I heard earlier that 50-100 firefighters and their families were trapped inside the bell south building and were pinned down by groups of snipers !! WTF is with that ! I saw video from around noon with literally HUNDREDS of national guard troops standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF THAT BUILDING!

I didn't want to say it before, but I was thinking the same thing. I'm wondering if there is an illness in that area and they want to keep it contained...just a thought, a scary thought.

Hmmm, earlier he was screaming that the Mayor ordered that tourists be rescued first before getting to the people of NO.

The Bell South building isn't under fire - if it was, it would show up in Interdictor's journal who has a company just up the street. They're rather dependant on Bell South's OC3 line that feeds their servers and would be screaming bloody murder if that was under fire.

As for not walking out of the city I would wager the problem is Jefferson parish. I would have personally put water stations along that freeway all the way to the bus staging area and encourage every able person to get off their rumps and start walking.

Do you know it this I 10 overpass Shep's been reporting from, going WEST, will then connect to 90 WEST & then on to Houma.

Shep keep saying people could of walked out to Jefferson Parrish, *if* cops would of let them.
