There were snipers shooting at cops trying to stop people from breaking into jewelry stores as well. And, the boats arriving have been shot at. It is a problem. Not major. But it is keeping folks like the Red Cross from coming in.
It's not, however, preventing the Red Cross from asking for donations constantly.
