In addition to what you said, I think everyone on this thread should be insensed that Shep and Geraldo COMPLETELY ignored any efforts being put out by our military/national guard. They act as if the ENTIRE WORLD is ignoring the problems in NO.

I am listening to WDSU. Guy on works for WDSU and was stranded during the flood. He tells of getting out and not understanding the stories about no food & water. He said that when he got to a pickup point, the helicopters kicked out boxes and boxes of water & mre's. He said they had so much water they could wash mud off.

Shepr and geraldo are hysterical. If they weren't, they would be aware of good things happening and report as is their job to do. And no one can state there are not good things amongst the bad. that isn't pollyanna, it's reality.

Reality is not screaming they are all alone and no one cares.
