I'm not blaming President Bush. I am saying more could have been done to warn the people of New Orleans 72 hours of pleading and begging people to get the hell out is not enough warning??? Should they have started in June?

72 hours was the ideal time frame. The New Orleans officials didn't make a definite decision until time was running out. They didn't give the people 72 hours to evacuate!!
