Everyone is losing sight of something as folk here argue about the number of days, whether Shep or Geraldo said this or that. What you are missing is that this is now a national disgrace to have people dying in the streets of an AMERICAN city. I cannot stomach the thought of children dying or being raped. Let stop talking about whether or not these reporters are grandstanding or not. The important thing is the people who are DYING before our eyes. Get it? How many people will be murdered on the streets of Detroit, Gary and L.A. this weekend? People die in the streets of American cities every night. We've taught ourselves as a nation to live with that, as bad as that is.
