Very clever---why didn't I act on its invitation at the time?
I LOVE the Sierras...but I can always move to the "other side". For me the Carson area looks pretty nice. I wanna stay here, I have a 110 year old Victorian that was moved to this location and completely restored. I want to stay...but I'm not going to be used.

I've thought more and more myself about leaving---this just isn't the state it was 25 years ago, or even 10 years ago...
