It seems to me Arnold no longer has the stomach for the battles he appeared initially so anxious to launch. You can only beat the bastards if you don't care about the criticism and don't mind getting your nose bloodied.
He needs to go back and watch a few of his old movies to see how to get things done, and stop letting his in-laws run the show!
