What is the definition of Patrons of the hotels? I am assuming the guests were not invited to the evacuation. This entire fiasco needs to be investigated. But then again, the money is better used to help those in need in NO. The politicians somehow or other were able to stay high and dry and well fed.

It seems to me that the Governor and Mayor did call for help, but somewhere in the higher ups, they wanted to wait for what ever they wanted. They just let people die because of beaucracy.
