I don't understand why the word "stranded" is so hard to comprehend.
The threads are full of that stuff today. They lump everyone in with the lame, the stupid, the criminal looters, the thugs, the gangs, etc.
Does not occur to them there are other reasons why people were stranded or otherwise unable to leave.
