I only said that if any rescue efforts are made right now to save animals when people are still dying, that those engaging in the animal rescue should be prosecuted.

And no, you're not allowed to drive an SUV either. That would be wasting gas that could be put into a hybrid car.
Anyone found driving a car that gets less than 30mpg during the gas crisis should be prosecuted.
